A real Bolognese home cooking school in a
typical house of Bologna from native "Bolognesi"
for the rich cookery style of Bologna, Italy

The better way for being able to appreciate the "Cucina Bolognese" (Bolognese Cookery).
The lessons are friendly and rich of warmth.
Each participant will be able to taste the dishes of the Bolognese food tradiction:

the handmade fresh eggs pasta (tagliatelle, tortellini and tortelloni, and lasagne alla bolognese),


the ragù alla Bolognese
(Bolognesesauce originating in Bologna),
prepared during the classes.

At the end of the course a personalized recipe book containing the recipes for the food cooked and a diploma of having partecipated will be given out.
