The better way
for being able to appreciate the "Cucina Bolognese"
The lessons are friendly and rich of warmth.
Each participant will be able to taste the dishes of the
Bolognese food tradiction: the handmade fresh eggs pasta (tagliatelle, tortellini, tortelloni and lasagne),
alla Bolognese (Bolognese sauce originating in Bologna),
prepared during the classes. Parmigiano cheese and aged
balsamic vinagres tastings
At the end of the course a personalized recipe book containing
the recipes for the food cooked and a diploma of having
partecipated will be given out.
The lessons will be given in Italian and in English.
Our Courses are highly
personalized, the group is limited to 2-6
people but we can organize also one-on-one

di patate, tiramisu, spaghetti e maccheroni, zucchini flowers fried)
