Meeting in a bar in the centre of Bologna for a Italian Coffee Espresso or Capuccino.
Then visit the with the most beautiful food shops of Bologna where you can see, taste and buy the famous culinary specialties: mortadella Bologna, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, , , , , and cheeses, season fruits and vegetables..
In the market we will buy the ingredients for the cooking lesson.
Cooking lesson 2:
Learn the techniques to prepare hand made pasta and to make “” thin puff pastry as provided by the certified classic recipes of the traditional “Cucina Bolognese”:
