COOKING SCHOOL

 


Cooking Class / half day  
(every day from Monday to Friday -Saturday on request)


10.00 am - 1.00 pm + lunch
or
4.30 pm to 7.30 pm+ dinner
Class contents:
Learn the techniques to prepare  hand made pasta and to make “Sfoglia” thin puff pastry as provided by the certified classic recipes of the traditional “Cucina Bolognese”:
- tagliatelle, tortellini, tortelloni with ricotta cheese
- filling for tortellini
- filling with ricotta for tortelloni
- Ragù alla Bolognese (Bolognese meat sauce)
after the lesson
- appetizers with Mortadella Bologna, Parmigiano-reggiano cheese and Aceto balsamico(balsamic vinegar)
- lunch or dinner with the pasta that you have prepared + traditional dishes of Bologna and selected typical wines.
- Torta degli addobbi (rice pie)
- Nocino (sticky dark brown walnut liqueur)

- We can change the start second your wish
- On request we can change the dishes of lessons - with other typical recipes of Emilia Romagna and other regions of Italy (gnocchi di patatecotoletta alla Bolognese, spuma di mortadella, risotti, zuppe, spaghetti e maccheroni)
