HALF DAY


Cooking Class / half day  
(every day on request)


9.00 am - 12.00 am + lunch
or
3.30 pm to 6.30 pm+ dinner
Class contents:
Learn the techniques to prepare  hand made pasta and to make “Sfoglia” thin puff pastry as provided by the certified classic recipes of the traditional “Cucina Bolognese”:
- tagliatelle
- Tortellini or tortelloni ricotta e spinaci
- Ragù alla Bolognese (Bolognese meat sauce)
- filling
after the lesson lunch or dinner:
- appetizers with Prosciutto, Mortadella Bologna, Parmigiano-reggiano cheese and Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale (25 years) with selected Prosecco or Pignoletto
- very lunch or dinner with the pasta that you have prepared + traditional dishes of Bologna with selected typical wines riserva.

Fragole o pesche alla Big Carlo (strawberrys or peachs)
- Tiramisu
- Nocino (sticky dark brown walnut liqueur) or
Limoncello

- The cooking class will be held in English or Français
- It is not demonstration but we learn you to work just you made "sfoglia" and pasta
- Each student works his dough on a cutting individual

- On request we can change the recipes of lessons - with other typical recipes of Emilia Romagna and other regions of Italy (gnocchi di patate,  risotti, zuppe, spaghetti e maccheroni, zucchini flowers fried)
- special prices for non-cooking partecipants
