Visit the outdoor food market with the most beautiful food shops of Bologna where you can see, taste and buy the famous culinary specialties:mortadella Bolognaparmigiano-reggiano cheese, prosciutto di ParmaAceto Balsamico, salumi and cheeses, season fruits and vegetables..
In the market we will buy the ingredients for the cooking lesson: 

Cooking lesson:

Learn the techniques to prepare  hand made pasta and to make “Sfoglia” thin puff pastry as provided by the certified classic recipes of the traditional “Cucina Bolognese”:
- tagliatelle
- garganelli

Sorbetto di limone

and
Fish
or
Mushrooms (Porcini) (august, september, october)
or
White Truffle
(september, october, november, december)

after the lesson
- toast with Prosecco or Pignoletto
- appetizers
- important lunch and selected typical wines.
- Sobetto di limone or Tiramisu
- Nocino (sticky dark brown walnut liqueur) or
Limoncello
