Class contents:
You learn the techniques to prepare  hand made pasta and to make “Sfoglia” thin puff pastry as provided by the certified classic recipes of the traditional “Cucina Bolognese”:
– Tagliatelle
– Tortelloni ricotta e spinaci or Tortellini or Garganelli or Gnocchi di patate
– Ragù alla Bolognese (Bolognese meat sauce)
– Fragole o pesche alla Big Carlo (strawberrys or peachs)
– filling

– The cooking class will be held in English or Français

4.30 pm to 6.30 pm+ dinner
