 We had a wonderful time in Bologne - the cookery course was the highlight of our honeymoon tour of Italy! We have such wonderful memories of the day that we spent with you all, the delicious food and of course the fantastic company!

Lisa and I would like to thank you, Luciana, and Gabriella for one of our best days in Italy. We loved the entire experience - from the market to the meal.
Lisa and I particularly enjoyed your shopping style.
Like you, we have favorite shops for different food and they are never the tourist shops.
We take our time to find the best products for our meals.
We felt we found a kindred spirit in you.
And the best part is I now feel confident I can make pasta from scratch.

In the meantime, I was reading the cooking guide you gave us today and was wondering if there is a special recipe for the broth.
That broth was delicious and I would hate to put bland broth on such wonderful tortellini
