 Carlo Alberto (Big Carlo for the friends), a Prince of Ragu Bolognese (Bolognese sauce), with passion for the best,  since 2005, in his atelier in Bologna, will enable you to reply in your home the Sfoglia, Tortellini, Tortelloni, Tagliatelle, Lasagne, Garganelli, Passatelli,Gnocchi and, above all, the original Bolognese sauce ‘Ragù alla bolognese’.
Not only the technique, but also the pleasure to know and to taste our excellent food.
And, last but not least, our special lunch with selected and excellent wines.
