Since 2005 at the Bologna Cooking School we have been teaching the traditional recipes of Bologna Cuisine used in our families.

Everything it’s changing … nothing will ever be the same again.
Currently on-site lessons are not available.
We are working to create new services that are more suitable for the near future that awaits us.
